Professional Experience

Bill has been advising and assisting business and governments in the area of trade and business since 2007. He has more than twelve (12) years of professional experience in trade control matters (sanctions, export controls, etc.) , trade litigation (countervailing duties, antidumping cases, WTO disputes, etc.), and trade negotiations. He has also worked in areas such as Business Development and International Business Consulting in the Middle East, USA, Europe, and Africa.

Bill’s areas of expertise and professional competence include International Trade & Investment Facilitation, International Business Development, Contract Negotiation & Drafting, Crisis Communications Strategy & Management and Corporate Diversity & Inclusion expertise. He has advised on the rules and customs that govern trade relationships between countries and worked on matters relating to export control, economic sanctions, customs and imports issues, immigration matters, trade agreement negotiations and subsidy cases.

Bill is currently engaged in International Trade and Investment Facilitation Consulting in Emerging Markets in Sub-Saharan Africa. He has a successful track record in Trade & Investment facilitation on behalf of South African Businesses investing in Ghana and Nigeria and extensive working experience in various Multinational and International Organizations.
